Do you drink enough water each day? Yes, I make sure to drink the recommended amount of water every day. Occasionally but only if it’s the only thing we have left in the house. No, I usually drink soda or something with flavor. I don’t like water. None Do you usually sleep well at night? Yes, I sleep great! I always wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day. Sometimes but only if I go to bed at a decent hour. No, not usually. I have a hard time falling asleep and feel drained the next day. None Do you snack on fruits and vegetables throughout the day? Yes, I always have fruit and veggies on hand at home and at work. Sometimes but it doesn’t fill me up, so I binge on something else later. No, cookies and ice cream sound like a better snack to me. None Do you avoid eating snacks after dinner? Yes, I don’t snack in the evenings after dinner. Sometimes but I always crave something sweet. No, if I feel like eating something sweet, I’ll eat it no matter what time it is. None Do you exercise on a regular basis? Yes! I do some type of exercise every single day. Sometimes but I usually don’t stick with it for very long. No, I’m usually too tired to workout. None Do you avoid soda and sugary drinks? Yes, I always drink flavored water or tea in place of soda. No, I try to cut back once in a while, but I still drink at least one a day. No, I drink soda all the time. I need the caffeine. None Do you eat breakfast every morning? Yes, I always eat a healthy breakfast before I start my day. Sometimes but only if I have time to grab something quick. No, I never eat breakfast. None Do you have a good amount of energy throughout the day? Yes, I feel very energetic throughout the day. Sometimes; but only if I have enough caffeine. No, I never feel like I have enough energy to do anything. None Do you meal plan? Yes, meal planning is a lifesaver. I create one each week. Sometimes but I don’t always stick to it. No, I never know what I’m having for dinner. I just wing it or order takeout. None Do you read labels while grocery shopping? Yes, I always read labels on the products I’m buying to know what is in them. Sometimes but it doesn’t really influence my purchase either way. No, I never read labels on what I buy.
